The majority of the options for the BioQ web software are stored in BioqOptions.xml.  Many of these options need to be configured for each installation of BioQ to specify local directories, URLs, and database information.

Conventions

• Directories and URLs should not be defined with a trailing "/".

Directory Paths

BIOQ-ROOT-DIR

The root directory on the Apache server.

BIOQ-HOME-URL

The overall root URL used throughout all tools.
