Research at the Saccone Lab

The Saccone Lab is a small informatics lab in the Department of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine. The principal investigator is Scott Saccone. Our lab is interested in integrative genomics with applications to the genetics of complex disease. Our current projects include the BioQ the web application, a resource for genomic relational databases. We are also involved in managing the NIMH ad NIDA genetic data repositories.
