Research at the Saccone Lab

The Saccone Lab is a small informatics lab in the Department of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine. The principal investigator is Unlicensed user. Our lab is interested in integrative genomics with applications to the genetics of complex disease. Our current projects include the BioQ the web application, a resource for genomic relational databases. We are also involved in managing the NIMH ad NIDA genetic data repositories.

Please note: our Subversion and Fisheye code servers for BioQ have been temporarily disabled. We expect to restore these services soon.
