Possible Solution: Use Google Chrome

We have found the Catalog application performs best with Google ChromeHere are some things you can try.

  • We have found the Dashlane browser extension can make the catalog app (and many other web sites) run very slowly. You may want to disable the extension when using the catalog app.
  • Try clearing the cache in your browser
  • Try using a different browser. We have found the performance is acceptable with Edge, Chrome and Firefox.
  • Check your internet speed using a utility such as https://www.speedtest.net/. You may be experiencing an intermittent network issue.
