The "~latest" keyword in the URL for the Query page

To provide a stable link to a database that may have multiple versions, use the "~latest" keyword:

https://deku.psych.wucon.wustl.edu/bioq_nrgr/query/submit.php?db=pbioq_nrgr_v~latest_ipscs

This will attempt to find the latest version of the database based on numeric values such as _v5.
